The law «On the protection of consumer .rights»
According to the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer’s» Rights № 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, Perfumes and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food goods of appropriate quality, not subject to return or exchange. The document states the following: «The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of appropriate quality for those of similar quality from the seller from whom they were purhased if the goods do not satisfy them in form, dimensions, shape, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.»
Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 172 from 19.03.1994 «On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights» it is Approved list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange/return:
- perfume and cosmetic products;
- personal hygiene products;
- children’s goods;
- manicure and pedicure tools and other products not related to the range of our online store.
What can I return?
We always try to meet our clients in their needs and requests. You can return the goods in 3 day if :
- the goods are not included in the list approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 172 from 19.03.1994
Received goods of inadequate quality;
- the contents of the parcel do not correspond to the inventory of attachment (with a violation of the assortment, quantity, completeness, or packaging);
- the product was not in ushadnd has no traces of use;
- the goods are fully complete, and their original packaging is available;
- The product belongs to our shop.
The process of exchange & return policy
If you have received the goods of improper quality (opened the package and discovered manufacturing defects) – send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the mark «Return»: 1) a photo of the goods showing the defect, 2) a photo of the label and 3) a photo of the package.
The package must be retained on a mandatory. Otherwiseerwise, the exchange/return of the goods is not possible.
After that, you will be contacted by our manager to clarify the details.
The buyer will get funds by bank transfer to the details that a specified. Refunds take an average of up to 5 working days after receipt of the returned goods at the warehouse.
When you receive an order, always carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of our courier or employee of Nova Pashta/Ukrposhta/Self Export point. You can constantly evaluate the product visually when receiving it, and if it does not suit you, refuse.
The goods may not be returned after at least one use or damage of the parcel.
Court applications are only accepted when the goods are delivered or received at the Nova Poshta/Ukrposhta/Self Export point.
If you have accepted the order, paid for it, released the courier, left the post office, or the self-export point, it means that the purchased goods fully meet our promises and your expectations.
An item of poor quality is a product containing defects. The defect of the goods is a lack of conformity with the stated characteristics. Goods received must conform to the site description.
The difference between the design elements or the design and description declared on the site is not a sign of inadequate quality.
The product’s authentic colors may differ from the shades and nuances on the website, depending on the color of your screen.
